If you live in a big house, your electrical certificate will cost a lot. Now you maybe thinking have electricians got some kind of bias against big houses? No, they haven’t.

The reason why your electrical safety paper cost so much is because it takes more time to analyse and check your house.

For example, if you live in a 3 bedroom house VS a 6 bedroom house, the 6 bedroom house will cost more because it takes the electrician more time to check the electrical appliances.

And that’s literally it.

If you don’t have a big house and that’s simply not the case, I would recommend trying another electrical company.
